"I recently purchased an older powder special outside Edmonton. I was heading home to Saskatchewan in a hurry to ride it the following day and realized that the sliders were not the greatest. I called your parts department and spoke with Everett who informed me that there was some in stock but that you closed at 5, a time demand which I could not meet. He then suggested that I pay with visa over the phone and he would leave the sliders in a mutually agreed upon location and I could pick them up on my way through. I just wanted to say thank you and keep up the excellent service. I am a foreman for a busy truck shop in Saskatchewan and I know first hand how much good customer service means. Thank you to your parts team and to Everett for getting me going in a crunch!"

"The 2009 Nomad I have is awesome. I just got back from BC (Selkirk Loop) and it ran great. Had lots of power (2 up), got great mileage, comfortable, and handled like a dream. The only problem I have is it is too high in the saddle for me. (I'm 5' 4") Next Kawasaki saddle will be a little lower to the ground. Thanks ECHO Cycle for the best bike I ever had."

I wanted to say a big thank you to all you guys! This is long overdue and I apologize. First off my bike is without a doubt the greatest purchase i have ever made.
