Journeyman Motorcycle Technicians
1st, 2nd or 3rd year Motorcycle Apprentices
Role:
Reporting to the Service Manager, you are dependable and can work with or without supervision. Recognizing a great career opportunity with personal growth in the way of industry training from 8 different manufactures, you are even-tempered and enjoy the challenge of providing top-notch service.

Service Manager
Areas of Responsibility:
1. JOB (WORK ORDER) MANAGEMENT: Effectively manage incoming customer jobs to maximize profit for the department. Make the most effective use of technician’s time for deliveries, repairs and emergencies with a streamlined scheduling system.
2. PROFIT MANAGEMENT: Produce defined, agreed-upon sales, budgets and margins - suitable for company sustainability and profitable growth in coordination with other departments.
3. PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT: Hire, develop and maintain high producing technicians and support personnel - per the company process by increasing productive results and high morale for greater profitability and stability
4. QUALITY OF WORK- Consistently meets and tries to exceed the expectations of all internal and external customers while insuring all product safety requirements have been met.
5. OVERSEE CUSTOMER RELATIONS- Insuring each customer is taken care of using in a service oriented and efficient manner
6. INTERNAL PROCEDURES- Productively following outlined procedures to maximize department profitability.
Parts Associate
This is a Full time position assisting customers & Service staff with their parts requirements. Duties will also include inventory counts, restocking products and covering the counter & phones. You'll also be working with Shipping, receiving and inventory placement.You will be an upbeat individual who pays attention to detail. You will have strong technical skills and the ability to adapt to various manufacturers’ software applications (Lightspeed experience would be an asset). Your friendly, outgoing personality will make you an ideal fit in this small and busy team setting.
Qualifications:
A knowledge of, and experience with vehicle parts, tires, and accessories is preferred. Previous experience with motorcycle, snowmobile or ATV parts would be an asset. The ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize effectively as an organized, goal-orientated, self motivated team player - with the ability to work closely with other departments - will be the key to being the successful candidate for this position.
